Leave Rome and passing through three of the most beautiful Italian regions Latium, Umbria and Tuscany we reach Florence at about 11.30 am. From Piazzale Michelangelo we can admire a fantastic view of the city and of the famous Ponte Vecchio. Continue to the historical centre where you have time at leisure. After lunch at a local restaurant, enjoy a guided visit on foot: Santa Croce Square with the homonymous Church, where Michelangelo and Galileo are buried.

Stop at a leather factory and visit the Museum of Accademia, with the famous Statue of David by Michelangelo. The walk continues to Piazza della Signoria, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore (visit), the beautiful Dome by Brunelleschi, the Baptistery and Giotto’s Belltower. At 5.00 pm approx departure to Rome with arrival at about 9.00 pm. Return to hotel.
